Conditions of Carriage

* Sea Marlin Express accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to the passenger.

* Sea Marlin Express reserves the right to not refund for the payment booking which has been confirmed by payment.

* The passenger shall not take onto vessel or include in his luggage any explosive, volatile spirit, corrosives, any easy ignitable articles or offensive thing likely or endanger the vessel, other passenger, or goods.

* The passenger shall comply with the instruction of the company’s servants and agents concerning all matters

* This is contract is subject to and shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of that country.
